10 December 2007, 12:00pm - 2:00pm
I'ts that time of the year again where we gather in venues around South Africa to tell the world how we feel about the need for animal rights in this country.
We are here to protest any and all forms of animal abuse - dress up, dress down, bring posters, pamphlets, whatever, come and show you care about what happens to animals in South Africa- take your pick: dog fighting, animal abuse, factory farming, animal experiments. cosmetics, seal hunts, canned lion hunting, fur, foie gras...the list is endless.
Don't sit on the fence...make a stand against torture and abuse!! We will have pamphlets and things to hand out, so come empty handed, or bring your own material, just come! Let's show the world that South African's care!
REMEMBER: If you don't speak up, it means you think it is okay.
ANIMAL CRUELTY, SUFFERING AND ABUSE IS NOT OKAY!!!
So come, bring just about anyone who cares and who is a bok for sports - be there or well.... be square!!
